This dealership is as unprofessional as it gets.Hidden This dealership is as unprofessional as it gets. Hidden fees in the thousands. Sketchy sales practices, including trying to sneak in a '999' behind an agreed upon price. Never go back. I was “approved” a month ago. Jumped through all the hoops. And not one call back. Not one worker called to say, “we’re sorry but we can’t get you approved”, nothing. We got nothing. And this is the 3rd time it’s happened.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They have no clue when it comes to selling cars they say anything promise anything just to get you out the door then when you come in for the all the things they promise & even write on the contract they deny service saying oh this an older service program ( hows it old when i got it 5 mins ago?) They continue to over charge you for the free service you were promised. They will call you daily to upgrade your car even though its new. Very dishonest dealership! They will say and do anything just to make the sale and once they do they could care less about anything else! The Sales Manager Khaled is a typical used car sales manager and uses every trick in the book to get you to buy a car. Do you self a favour and buy a car somewhere else.
Have left messages the past week, hoping our salesman and finance manager would have the courtesy to return our call. We have unanswered questions, please?
I would not go to this dealership, they sold me a Sierra long distance since I was in school and the bumper is covered in paint from the last owner and they refuse to fix it or even call me back, they are completely unprofessional and complete scabs
Horrible experience I bought my 2019 Silverado was smooth then but last month was enquiring about 2020 Nissan kicks. They started off trying to say I didn’t qualify needed a co-signer. I knew I had good credit. They said they only deal with 2 banks. Was from out of town. They left me at end of 2nd day with no financing complete. I was the first one in at 7:00 am and left with nothing. I get back home and they were still giving 3 different stories about financing.
