Felt humiliated and disgusted after paying $1400 went for my Camry Full maintenance service and they made it good to worse. Tried to talk to Service team, they were very rude and unhelpful.
DO not Buy here. Buy your toyota elsewhere I bought a brand new Tacoma from this Stealership. I bought a toyota for the warranty and the resale value. I know sometimes things don't work and they need to be fixed. Well my tacoma rear break seized on me on two different occasion and the truck won't go anywhere. Felt insulted & humiliated I went to check the pricing on Corolla, I had been asked to provide my personal info, which I refused; then sales manager ridiculed me publicly & let me go unanswered sarcastically; even on earlier occasions, service personnel were no better, spare parts associate were also having aggressive attitude; I will stay away from Newmarket toyota.
Disappointed. 1. First, they don’t listen. I asked for the engine coolant to be replaced and they did a whole maintenance on the car. 2. While checking cabin air filter their technician put it back upside down disregarding the air flow arrow on the filter. 3. They recommended to replace the serpentine when the belt showed no signs of wear and was replaced by me 40K ago (they had no record of it). 4. They over tighten the oil drain plug and the oil filter. horrible service I went to service my 2015rav 4 2 weeks ago making some weird noise while driving.. So I drove through the drive through parked and waiting at the waiting room. The guy with red coat drove my car through the other side of the door and parked in the parking lot and made me to wait 2 hours and then they told me there is nothing wrong with a car..all they did is parked in the back they didn't diagnose any thing
Poorly managed After a relatively positive used car sales experience i decided to continue with their service dept. Upon my 3rd oil change i was up sold to a maintenance service which made sense to me and i was happy to have that service completed. Not 25 minutes later i was introduced to a $2000 quote. Newmarket Toyota - A Woman Scorned by Lies!!! My truck is under extended warranty with 66000km. I recently had the brakes and rotors replaced by my own mechanic who used to be a Toyota mechanic in South Africa. Bad experience with Newmarket Toyota I've purchased at Newmarket Toyota used two years old Highlander. It was supposed to be 'certified' vehicle. After 16K during the regular brake service in other dealership I was told must replace brake pads and rotors because they were on bare minimum and the car was unsafe. I was invited over the phone to visit Newmarket Toyota dealership on October 23/2013 to their 22 minutes sale or deal. I had an appointment at 11:00 am. The person who I talked on the phone to was very polite and nice.
