Diagnostic fees with ECP Really disappointed with my Toyota ECP experience. Long story short, my 2015 Tacoma A/C compressor failed, thankfully it's a covered component by ECP. The not so great part, the dealer claims they cannot recover their diagnostic time from ECP, therefore the end user has to pay for the diagnosis. Bad customer service and relations We just came back from servicing our Prius at Newmarket Toyota. I feel lied to and the service clerk was not very nice to us. Our car needed a new battery and the dealership wanted to charge us $70 for an analysis plus an hours worth of labour to change it. Service People Angry & On Edge One guy we have been dealing with for the last year is determined to give us hard time every time we book a service for our two cars, one day our cars were not properly setup on their system, one day we get charged for the service I have purchased ECP plan for with them, one day they mix up the appointment of my two cars with each other. Service people at this dealership can use some training on customer service. Made a mistake and bought 2 toyotas from them. Can't wait until my contract is over!

Poor Customer Service Thought I could use their Services but they surprised me with a very unexpected Customer Service!! Called for a Quote on a fab and received an experience quote to compare with the other dealerships when asked why too much of difference between dealerships the gentleman on phone from “PART department” told me Go F....Yourself!! Can u believe it??? I am still in shock.....Won’t recommend anyone At all!!
Stay away This dealership is terrible. Service department can't even book an appointment properly. Then they give you attitude when you complain that a routine service is taking too long as a direct result of their not booking the appointment as they should have. No problem guys, I'll just take my business elsewhere.
Don’t lease or finance any car from Newmarket Toyota Horrable stuff, never buy car from them, Ill tell my personal story. I got a highlander hybrid 2017 for lease, than after my financial situation changed I tried to find someone to take my lease, but the leasing department Manager Greg Fulton was so rude to everabody who wants to take my lease, with whole stuff they were convincing not to do that, it is very bad deal and so. To little to late First appointment - Oil Change and check an acceleration issues - no fix needed but there was a recall on my seat heater -I had to return to get the recall looked at and they tell me my heated seat is broken (yet it was working when I dropped it off) I am now at appointment 3, my seat does not work and now the floor mat went missing. Service - you should be doing better - much better
Uninterested Went for some prices to buy in the next couple months. All the guy did was pull up the build and price thing on the web which I had done before I got there. So no help for me at all. Also didn't feel taken seriously at all.
