Excellent customer experience Newmarket Toyota has been my dealership since I purchased my 2010 Highlander. I highly recommend this dealership from Sales to Service. I had a service appointment today and was again thrilled at how customer focused their employees are. A big thanks to Sam at the Service Desk and mechanic Matt for another excellent customer experience.
Solid experience purchasing a Toyota Tundra I own a couple Toyota Tundras for my company, and needed another. I inquired about a Tundra and David replied to me. He seems like a no BS type of salesman and I appreciated that being a no BS type of buyer. Overall everything was as he said it would be. Good experience overall. Thanks David.
Consistently Excellent Service They've always been quick, convenient, courteous, thorough, and cheap. I put off getting service in my home town so that I can get it done here when visiting my family.
I keep buying and being serviced here.. I have purchased at least 4 cars from this dealership. And they continue to impress me! Explained leasing, packages etc. Had a warranty issue ( out of warranty ) and they fixed it ! NO CHARGE ! I get very upset with negative reviews that only tell their own distorted side of the story. Furthermore, so many of these reviews seem so far from any fact that I would not take them for any value. Get a life. I have never had an issue with anyone at NEWMARKET TOYOTA.
Great cars, excellent service We have bought and leased from Newmarket Toyota for 15 years and had all our service work done there. Service advisors and technicians have gone out of their way to get us on the road quickly and happily every time.. They are pleasant and good at their jobs. It has been a pleasure to deal with them every visit.
Absolutely the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place. From the very beginning, the entire process felt extremely pushy and uncomfortable. The sales team pressures you to make decisions on the spot, without giving you time to think or walk away. This dealership is very shady. I purchase a pick up which was to be a one owner, in excellent condition. When i got it home i noticed rear corner looked different. It sure was 5k to fix with no help from dealership. BUYER BE WARE at New Roads, Newmarket Toyota. Oh and don't expect any customer service. They don't seem to give a xxxx including General and Sales Manager.

I leased a Toyota Corolla Cross LE FWD from this dealership in 2023 because they had no other vehicles whoch arrived earlier than two months except this one, which was a cancelled order. They asked me to pay $2000 as down payment. The car was terrible, slow on highway, unstable in winter in spite of winter tires. Not mentioning the jampacked space in the car. Reached out to sales manager Emily Lee in regards to a demo Supra GR. I asked for breakdown of the price and noticed secure ride $659 and window tints $599 were added on the price. When I asked to remove these add ons, she clearly told me they cannot be removed. Since when did tints and secure ride which is rim/tire protection became mandatory?
