'Warrantied service for horn The initial visit was to repair/replace the horn. The wait was very long, and after a long wait we were told that the horn had to be replaced and had to be ordered. Once the horn was received, the replacement took a reasonable length of time, but at that time, the technician discovered that the wiring for the electronic rust protection was faulty, and it was corrected.
Tire change Great service. Just a small issue with the pricing. Charged for 4 tires instead of 3 - the receipt was corrected. Would have preferred advanced notice re: the need for new tires but I trust John and the team at Mississauga Toyota.
Service on my Prius c I was a bit upset because I waited two hours before my car was even looked at even though I had an appt Once the car was taken in everything went smoothly
Car detailing I went in for an oilchange and decided to splurge on a car detailing. They did an amazing job and drove me to my home while I waited for the service to be completed.
Excelent service advisor John Bates always provides a very good service he is very polite and courteous, always trying to please the customer. Although my vehicle is a 2000 year model, I have always been regularly coming to Toyota. This is a testament for the excellent provided by Toyota, my car is still on the road.

The world would be so much nicer if everyone you dealt with was like John..
