A positive service experience The service took longer than originally indicated, but that was due to an unexpected problem found in the front drive unit. Bryan explained the problem in a clear and unambiguous manner, and I sincerely appreciate his excellent efforts in keeping the cost down. Excellent service! George always takes the time to explain what has to be done. Besides being friendly, he's thorough and keeps the needs of the customer in mind. This is one of the very few car service places I've encountered where I don't feel like I'm being gouged or pressured into getting unnecessary extras. I would strongly recommend taking your Toyota here for all your maintenance.
Good Vehicle Service, bad customer service. The work done on my vehicle was excellent, and I would recommend Mississauga Toyota. However, the customer service at my last appointment was poor. I won't bore you with a long story except to say that I sat waiting for my vehicle an extra hour and a half because no one on the service side felt it necessary to tell me my car was ready.
Service I chose Mississauga Scion because I got excellent customer service when I first walked in to purchase my Toyota Corolla (Sport) I got the same excellent customer service from George Kitson who is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I have several toyota dealers closer to home but chose Mississauga Scion over the others. Do I have to tell you anything more.
Service one can always depend on. Whenever it is my time to have my car serviced, or for any issues that I encounter I am confident that Mississauga Toyota would always be there to take care of it that I know I would have peace of mind when I use my car. Moreso, I always count on the expert advice of the ever friendly John Bates.
48 Km service and detailing I was pleased with the service. The car was ready earlier than expected. Detailing was okay. Trunk wasn't done. The car was very clean on the outside.
Overall, the service is excellent. I find that the service is excellent from beginning to end. The folks at the service desk always try to provide the information I need prior to me getting the work done on my car.
