Great Service This is my third Corolla and John Bates has been my service adviser for many many years; he is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He was awarded "employee of the month"... easy to see why!
The only place that works on my Toyotas. I've been servicing my 2013 RAV4 and prior to that my 2003 Sienna at Mississauga Toyota for 12 years now ... and am always impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. Their entire staff is always helpful and courtious, and get the job done properly and on time. I wouldn't trust my car with any other mechanics.

Routine oil change Had some questions re the 2012 Corolla I bought in Nov as well as having the 6 month oil change. Questions were answered. Had a 12.30 appointment time- was busy and lunch hour so there was a short wait. Appreciated the car wash- nice little bonus! Have been with you for 15 years and no problem-do rely on your expertise.

Excellent service My car required service and had to remain there over the weekend. Ed the mechanic took the time to answer my questions that Friday evening even though it was time for him to leave - not rushing me at all. The shuttle was no longer available. Bryan my service rep stepped up and offered to drop me off at home on a Friday evening when everyone is typically in a rush to go home. They both understood the concept of customer service.
