Excellent My last service encounter with this dealer was very satisfactory. The service advisor John Bates was outstanding.. The time they took to look at the problem which I mentioned to them and to rectify it is commendable though I have to spend almost three hours at the location. I believe my time was not wasted. So big thank you for John plus other stakeholders who attended to my car.

The reason I did not give them 5 stars is because the last twice I have had to wait on site longer than expected from the estimate to fulfill the appointment even though I had an appointment and nothing unexpected came up.
Servicing Was very pleased with the thorough work done. Dropped off my car for servicing and a car wash. Was done earlier than I thought it would.
