Great Customer Service I have been to Mississauga Toyota 2 times now and I am very happy with the service I have been given on both of my visits there. On March 14th I brought in my Rav4 and Jessica was my advisor and she was polite, curtious and came to consult me with what work I wanted to get done and confirmed with what the issue was and the cost I highly recommend bringing in your Toyota here great atmosphere and you can tell the employees love what they do

Excellent Service- Jessica! I know I have choices as to where I can service my Matrix. It has been a few years now that I switched dealerships for the maintenance of my car. I have no regrets. 3 Years of Service at Mississauga Toyota I recently brought my 2016 Corolla in for service, I've been visiting them ever since my first maintenance visit in mid 2016. I've always been treated with respect, honesty and professionalism by the staff. The customer lounge is comfortable and offers free wifi, coffee, water, etc. I always wait for my car instead of dropping it off since it never takes more than a couple of hours and it lets me catch up on some Netflix. Top notch! We purchased a used car in the dealership from a very pleasant salesperson named Ron. From start to finish we received his full attention and top notch service. He was extremely knowledgeable about not only Toyota product, but automotive in general. He looked after every minute detail of the sale, and delivery of our car purchase, with nothing overlooked. Very Satisfied In my 1997 Toyota Camry, the engine light was on, on the dash, and I was concerned and took the car in to find out what was wrong, etc. The service was prompt, professional and Jessica D’Alleva was knowledgeable and listened respectfully to my concerns.
