Satisfied customer I booked my car for an oil change and seasonal change of tires and storage. Everything was completed within the hour and the only thing I had to pay out of pocket was tire storage. Awesome

Consistent professional service I booked an appointment for oil change and regular maintenance. Ms. Jessica was the point of contact. Regular maintenance I booked a regular scheduled appointment for my RAV4. It was for 10:30 am on Wednesday May 1. We arrived on time and met with a service advisor Albert. He outlined what would be happening with the vehicle and how long it would take. We ordered the courtesy van for a ride home. We waited over an hour for the courtesy van to arrive and drive us home. When we left the dealership my name was not even on the screen. We picked up the car at 2:30 and it seemed fine.

Excellent Customer Service Jessica I booked a 1:00 pm appointment to have my winter tires on my 2019 Corolla removed and replaced. Arrived at one and was told it would take approximately 45 minutes. At 2:40 Jessica came to tell me the car was almost ready. I asked why it had taken so long and she was shocked at the fact that I was there so long. Fantastic Customer Service I have had the pleasure to have met 3 Service Advisers Tony, Jessica and Albert Each of them have looked after me when I have brought my vehicle in for service.
