Excellent service Since purchasing a preowned 2012 Toyota Highlander 3 years ago from this dealership, I have been bringing my car in for scheduled service. I had also purchased an extended warranty and a claim was handled very well. The service staff is knowledgeable and has always been very courteous. The waiting room is comfortable where you can help yourself to a hot beverage.

I ALWAYS bring in my car for service - GREAT JOB I regularly bring in my car to the Dundas Toyota Dealership. EVERYONE is extremely courteous and the service has been AMAZING. Toyota has always been very RELIABLE and maintained my car very well. The Service team are very knowledgeable and will outline and explain in detail what needs to be done.

Excellent service experience, as usual Took my 2017 Highlander in for: scheduled service, oil, winter tires, cabin air filter, replacement wipers. Waited on site and got lots of work done on my laptop in the comfortable waiting area (with good coffee!). If you need to bring your kids while you wait, they even have a play area complete with toys & crayons for toddlers, plus video games for youths. Car was ready in under 2 hours. Amazing!

Great service team I had a great experience with Mississauga Toyota's parts/service department! The team was very helpful in finding me winter tires that fit my budget. They ordered them and I had an appointment in the same week. They even shuttled me to work during my service appointment and picked me up after.

Great Family atmosphere We had a great experience at Mississauga Toyota. We came to buy an RAV4 and while my children were playing in the kid's play area, they were brought a toy box of stuffed animals to chose from to keep. It made their day. The whole team is wonderful and the sales process was easy and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Seamless online to in store experience Mississauga Toyota has an amazing internet sales team. They answered all my questions online so I was able to make an informed decision before I walked into the dealership. They answered very efficiently and were patient with my many questions. When I came in they had all my information ready so we finalized the vehicle paperwork right away after the test drive. Would highly recommend this dealership.
