Attentive service I have always dealt with Jessica D'Alleva, who is stellar in her knowledge and in her treatment of customers. I really missed seeing her at my last appointment. I met Albert Hung for the first time and found him to be very polite and attentive. Appreciated the time he took to answer my questions and even more so that he took me out to the car to clarify in more detail. Generally, all of your staff deserve to be commended for the service they provide.

Excellent Service! Very friendly & professional staff, everyone is helpful and smiling. I though I would be there for a while but no, surprisingly it was very quick even though they seemed pretty busy. I will be back for sure next time my car needs service.

Good service Made an appointment for regular service for my Corolla. Date and time were confirmed by email, then a reminder email the day before. It was very busy on arrival but soon I was looked after by Jessica who explained service needs. Car was ready as promised.

Continuing good service I am extremely pleased with the service provided by Bryan M. I started to come to Mississauga Toyota since 1984 and during that time I've had John Bates as my service rep. To me, John was fantastic & I was apprehensive after John left. Bryan has taken John's seat & this last service was my first dealing with him.
