Maintenance visit. All was good except I was there for 1 3/4 hours for a regular maintenance visit. That is too long when you make an appointment and arrive on time.
Previous Post Used the dealership owner's name = Fake report It is sad that such a negative person would take the time to write such an untrue, slanderous tidbit, (in all CAPS no-less!) The fake report just speaks to the lack of character of the writer, and his personal issues. This former employee also writes on behalf of his current employer, who is most likely unaware of their employee's behaviour and attitude. Very poor sales and service The worst dealership in my opinion. I purchased a Nissan Murano from the used car lot, it was sold to me as a "quality Nissan Product" All Midway Nissan was concerned about was "how much money they had put into the car" prior to my purchase. Within the first 3 weeks of ownership, the vehicle was in the shop 4 times for progressively worse issues. I had asked for a full refund on this vehicle as I felt they had sold me a lemon.
