Service for drivers window not functioning I have dealt with Midway for 3 vehicle purchases, and all subsequent service - this is the LAST time I will deal with Midway and Nissan. Bad experience I bought a Nissan Rogue at this location and their customer service is very bad all they care about is their commission and you ask for something and they give you something else I spoke to manager and salesmen and they completely give different info they will try to do anything to do sale even if they have lie I would never go back to that location again
Never returned my voicemail I left a voicemail and tried booking an appointment on their website to arrange a date/time over 4 weeks ago now, and nobody returned my call. I know I left my name, phone number, etc. So, I went somewhere else with my car and got an appointment booked in a week. I wouldn't consider that good customer service on Nissan's part. Even if they are super busy, a courtesy call notifying me of that would have been great. I will not bring my vehicle there for service again.

Recalls My vehicle was dropped off there for recalls that took 6 hours to complete. Shuttle service was offered, but no courtesy vehicles or rentals were available. I rented a vehicle out of my own pocket, as Nissan Canada nor the service manager would do anything for me. First and last visit to this dealer for me, wish I still had my HONDA.

Unhappy with brand Nissan My wife drives this car to commute to work. Year purchased 2009. Last year, we had to spend nearly $2000 to address a transmission fluid leak. This year again another $500 to replace a suspension ball joint. The mileage on the car is about 65000 KM. I am not happy with the quality of this car, in view of so many expenses for its relative age and mileage. I will certainly NOT be considering another Nissan when I am shopping for a car.
Regular Service I went in to your office on June 13, 2016 to get regular scheduled service for my vehicle. I did not expect my bill turning out to be $700. When all I needed was an oil change I understand that agents can make suggestions on other services needed for the vehicle, but in this case I feel I was forced to have these extra services that I dI'd not need. Booking an appt for service is a waste of time I booked an appt for 2pm for a simple oil change and tire rotation and didn't get my car back until 3:25. There was no explanation as to why it took so long or any form of apology. I would fully understand if I didn't have an appt, but what is the point in booking an appt when you still wait almost an hour and a half for a simple procedure? 163K maintinance My 2012 Titan has been serviced at Midway after my purchase from a Kitchener Nissan dealership. I found that when I called Midway to secure an appointment that the trucks service and maintenance information was not familiar with the CSR that accepted my call. My appointment was for routine maintenance, seasonal swap tires and analyse the air conditioning unit as warm air was blowing out of the vents also check wiper condition. Dissapointed Not much to say except poor customer service; Don't feel welcomed or appreciated and I have given this specific dealership many chances even purchases 2 cars with them.
