Between myself and my family members we have owned 6 Nissan vehicles New since 2016 was then first one 2023 was the last one my 2019 versa note went in for warranty works 3 times they do not listen to you when you try to tell them what is going on with the vehicle and just lie make up stories to make themselves look good rather than help the customer I have now bought a 2023 dodge ram 2033 Ford f150 And a 2024 vw gti I am done with this dealership
Questionable service tactics- I received a recommended service reminder via email suggesting that it's time to do a brake fluid change and that the recommended interval for this service is every 12 months /16,000kms. However, Nissan Canada's maintenance schedule (and owners manual) clearly states that the interval to do the brake fluid change is 24 months/ 32,000kms for my vehicle. Seems like they are recommending unneeded service to increase their service department revenues.

Some vehicles are due for this service every 12month/32,000KM and other models 24 month/32,000KM. I switched over to Whitby because ajax was very rude to me. I shouldn’t have this dealership is even worse. Do not care about there customers. Do not get back to there customers, don’t want to deal with them. I have tried to reach out 4 times, once by voicemail, three times by chat to get someone to contact me about my recent service and how I am unhappy with it and not one person after several people promised me someone would reach out. Terrible service department. Murano schedule today for oil change at 9:30am, dropped car at 9:15am returned at 1:50pm and vehicle had not even been moved from where I parked it. Really .... couldn’t even call to say it would be longer ... disgusting service. Won’t ever go back to this dealership!

Very poor customer service! Never again! Customer service at this dealership is horrible! Never again will I go to this dealership for anything, nor would I recommend it to anyone. I wanted to pay for my purchase in full by credit card but they would not allow this because of fees they get charged. Poor Customer Service Poor customer service, everything felt rushed, impossible to get any answers by phone, bad experiences with both service dept and salesman. Will only go back to dealer if no other possible option.

Worst place ever for service and body shop Do not take your vehicle here. My truck was involved in an accident in January 2018. I thought by taking it to Nissan, it would be fixed properly. It took them from January to September2018 to fix my truck claiming they were waiting for parts. The body work had to be redone and the bumpervis still crooked. pond scum all the bad reviews are correct. i gave them 2 body work jobs. on the second one they scraped the paint off the fender on the opposite side of the car from where they repaired the car. i didn't see it until after i had paid. i took the car back and they refused to fix the damage. it is now rusting. on top of this they wrecked my car in the serivce deparment right after i bought it. messed up the idle. the car was vibrating uncontrollabaly for 6 months . the buffoons only had to make one minor adjustment to fix it a... read more
