Ordering a replacment part I ordered a replacement door window gasket before I left for Florida, Rodney called me just before I left to say the part was in. I told him I would be going away and he suggested I call them upon my return to arrange a time to have it installed. When I returned from the trip I had a voicemail message from Lynda saying they had the part and did I still want it. I returned the call and related the story to her. Wrong price I got all the papers signed and when I picked the car up the price was higher! Delivery was not included on the original invoice.

Used car purchase Steve provided knowledgeable information and backgrounds for the cars being looked at. Not sure if we missed out on any additional offers/benefits though! In hindsight, don't need satellite radio - GPS would have been better.
Purchased 2016 Murano Platinum This is my third Nissan purchase but first with Midway Nissan. Josh was fantastic. Open, honest and listened to our questions. By far the best experience buying a car that I've had. Purchase cycle was smooth. Negotiating was open and easy. The Business Manager, Sharin was fantastic. Not pushy at all but did give options on available add ons. I would easily recommend Midway Nissan to any friends or family. Great place to buy a car.
waiting... The reason for my review is that I had made an appointment ahead of time to have the technician investigate a noise in the car. As it turns out, the air filter, which had been removed during certification, had not been re-installed properly. Thankfully a quick fix, but I waited for almost 90 minutes. I can appreciate there are times when the service department is busy, but then a heads up that it may take a while would be helpful, especially since I had an appointment time.
