Great experience Had an excellent experience buying our Lexus from Tom (Homewood). He was energetic, knowledgeable, and committed to carrying out a deal. He was so through, staying with the process from the beginning to the end. We also appreciated the role that Anthony Trasmundi played in the process. Great car buying experience I came in to check out a car I was interested in buying. Previously when entering a dealership I have felt invasion of my personal space, with less interest in what I was interested in than pushing me to buy the car. This was not the case at Lexus on The Park. Tom was very pleasant and was genuinely interested in my concerns. Quality service I took my vehicle in as it was burning oil, expecting to have to pay thousands to have it fixed. Kevin took the effort to check to see if the parts needed were under warranty, and it turns out they were. Lexus on the park fixed my car for free and ensured minimal hassle by giving me a loaner to get around until the work was finished. Very good experience overall.
