Great experience - first time Lexus customers Anthony, Trevor and Ken made our first lease experience, and first experience with Lexus a great one. They negotiated fairly and took the time to answer all questions and concerns we had. For this type of transaction, we expect to be treated with respect and patience and they certainly delivered. Here's hoping the after care is just as good.

Fantastic buying and after care experience Last Feb I bought a new NX200T and dealt with Nick who had sold my husband a RX a few years ago. Although my husband came with me to purchase the car Nick recognized that I was the decision maker and deal with my questions in the level of detail I wanted. Great experience, very professional customer service. As I was searching to replace my Cadillac, we went to look at a Lexus SUV. Since I was just beginning my search, I had not intention of buying a car just then. However, after test driving the 2 SUVs, we ended buying a car from Ken. Since Josie was away, Ken kept reminding us to come back and get the training offered. We did and Josie was great. The whole experience was positive and Ken was very honest and when he was not sure, he went checked and came back with the info.
