Excellent service from FARZAD Farzad was extremely nice, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I never had such great experience buying a car or other major purchase. Great customer service!!! I was nervous about buying a new car because I hadn't done so in 10 years but Yin was amazing! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Trevor was always very nice, warm and courteous. Josie was kind & efficient on going over how to operate the features of the vehicle and provided additional support/assistance if needed in the future. Lazar was honest and trustworthy. Product Knowledge at it's best! Andrew was pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Not once during our visit did he exert any push towards us. It was a no-pressure environment which allowed us to freely make sound decisions. He was an expert when it came to describing the vehicle from front to back - years of experience as a service advisor definitely paid off! Great Deal, Great Drive, Great Dealership! Thomas Homewood was an excellent salesman, he not only knew exactly what I was looking for but was able to help me find something that I will be happy with for the next decade. Overall the dealership has an amazing staff and excellent service from the front desk to the service center. Great Customer service I have dealt with Nick Bales for many years and I can honestly give him high praise for his knowledge and his customer relations. I think that when buying a car you need to have trust in your salesperson--and Nick is certainly someone I would recommend to everyone. Superb customer service!! I recently purchased a 570 SUV and had the pleasure of dealing with Mark Easton.
