Purchasing after 15 years! Clearly I was in the market to replace my car and was looking around as it was being serviced. I have driven my RX300 for 15 years/330k-kms and dealt with this dealership when in Canada. It moved twice during that period, each time further away from my home. Great people I've just leased my third vehicle from this dealership and aside from the quality of the brand I'm drawn to the dealer because of the people. From consultant Mark Easton who has always been straight forward and gives you all the information you need to make an informed decision without any "sales" pressure to Josie Allen the delivery specialist whose tutorial I'm still trying to absorb my experience has been excellent.
