Josie Allen, Delivery Specialist sooooo helpful I took our 2015 Lexus in for help with pairing a new phone. Josie not only did that (quickly and efficiently in a very friendly manner), but also suggested many other very helpful adjustments and ways to use the voice command system that we hadn't been told about when we took delivery of the car 10 months ago. She listened and answered questions but didn't overwhelm. P.S. Could your (Dealer Rater) "Terms of Use" be more user-friendly?

Excellent experience buying my first Lexus! Many thanks to Thomas, who was ably supported by Stefani, Ally and Josie in making my choice of RX350 (2016) a very positive buying experience. Thomas was professional, courteous, and a joy to deal with when it came to negotiations as he understood my needs and limitations. I believe that I had a difficulty choice to make between choosing a Mercedes and a Lexus. But in the end, it was Thomas's 'easy to deal with' style that won the day for Lexus! Fantastic Experience with Mark and Josie From start to finish, I had an incredible buying experience with Mark Easton and Josie Allen. Mark was helpful in finding the perfect vehicle to match my needs, prompt in responding to emails/phone calls and always made sure he was available to help me. Josie was instrumental in helping me learn/use all the features in the new car and very patient in making sure I understood everything.

Great Experience I had such a fantastic experience with Farzad and Lexus Manager John at the Lexus On The Park. It was so easy and smooth to interact with both of them. Farzad spent 3 days with me and went through all the details that I had in mind. He is very paitien and extremely professional Very honest and accommodating. Love my new Lexus!!! Aside from a misunderstanding in the beginning, Cedric and Allistar where very quick to rectify our issues and did everything possible to make us happy and to get everything we wanted in our new Lexus. Outstanding Service When I walk into dealerships with interest to their vehicles - I don't like being pushed or forced into signing a lease. At Lexus on the Park I didn't feel like this not once at all. I was indesive. I wanted to go with a slightly more pricey model F sport. and was deciding between an is300 luxury package or to keep the red seats in the f sport. Dealer Anthony Trasmundi I first met Anthony Trasmundi 10 years ago and leased my first Rav4 in Toronto from him.
