Great Experience for the second time Got a RX450h and Ben helped me out from the beginning to the end. Greeted when enetered the building in a friendly manner from Emily. Sean took care of the extra things a needed done and Lazar helped things run smoomthly at the time of pick up. Christine help out with every question I had on the vehicle and explained things clearly. Overall great experience from every individual.

Great Service and Professionalism Cedric Meschino was my online contact person. He was very prompt in calling me back and providing his contacts for me to reach him. He was very honest and upfront about the pricing of the car, the history etc. Christine Nam as a delivery specialist was very thorough, patient and Professional with my wife and I in explaining and using the features of the car. Both personnel did an outstanding job.

Good experience Purchased a used Lexus CT200h. Reasonable people, respectful of my time, good proactive communications. It took a bit longer than expected to get the car Lexus certified, but I'd rather have it done properly than rush it.
