Jillian is great to work with. Prompt replies, clear & transparent communication and we were so pleased with her that we leased a vehicle in June from her and bought another in November! GENT, went above and beyond to meet my expectations. Although problems arrived, GENT made sure to fix it for me & even came in on his day off to make sure my expectations were met. I would recommend this dealership to anyone car shopping, and ask for GENT to be your guide through the process. Most people find dealing with dealerships and salesman to be sketchy, if you want that feeling gone, GENT is your guy.

Each contact at Lexus of London was a positive experience. We purchased a vehicle.
