Very pleasant experience My wife and I stopped in at Lexus of London to have a look at the ES300H. We had make prior phone contact with salesman Rick Watson. Upon arrival at the dealership we were Warmly greeted by Rick. Even though we indicated we were probably not purchasing for a year, Rick never the less took exceptional care of us.

Good vehicle Jack was the sales guy that I deal with at Lexus of London and he was as good as it gets. He seemed to care a lot about customer satisfaction and wanted to get the best deal for me. He was friendly and there was no pressure. I bought a used car 2012 Sienna and I would buy a car through them again and Jack is the guy to go to.
