Great Customer Experience Stephanie is great. She helped us find the best car for us and we wouldn't have thought of it without her help - We love our NX. She is bright, professional and considerate and she asks the right questions. I never felt like I was being sold, I felt like I was receiving help and advice. OUTSTANDING DEALER AND AMAZING STAFF!! I have been to many dealerships, and let me just say that, Lexus of London blows every other one out of the water!! The atmosphere upon entering the dealership was different. Excellent service and staff The staff is consistently professional, friendly, and helpful. It is a pleasure to come in. If I choose to wait for work to be done on the vehicle, the environment is pleasant to be in or if I choose, they make it easy to either get a ride to and from the dealership or provide a loaner vehicle. Excellent service department I have been receiving service from Lexus of London since I bought my Rx450h in the fall of 2009. They are consistently helpful and professional and it is a pleasure bringing my car in for service. I especially enjoy dealing with Karen Campbell who is always pleasant and is very knowledgeable. Lexus Of London has set the bar HIGH! Our search for a newer SUV has allowed us to test drive just about every brand out there with different experiences at many dealerships from Niagara and into the Toronto area. Great servive and guest care. Lexus of London recently installed my winter tires and performed maintenance service on my RX 350. The service advisors greeted me by name and had my cars information at their fingertips, advised me of what the work fees would be and provided a loaner vehicle. When the work on my vehicle was completed I was promptly notified to this effect. All paper work was ready for me on arrival and quickly processed. I out of the service dept. in about fifteen minutes. Impressive service well done.
Great experience! From the minute my wife and I walked into the dealership we were treated incredibly well.
