they do customer service the right way. Customer service is always top rate. They always let me know how much it will be. Very thorough. They let me know and make decisions before they do the work.

Excellent Service I had a great experience with the dealership recently. It was my first time dealt with Lexus of London and I was impressed. Jack was really professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with different options and answered all my questions patiently. I was very satisfied with the service and my new car. I have to say they are much more competitive than other dealerships.
No pressure sales I first contacted Lexus of London by phone to inquire about a used vehicle I previewed on their website. Rick was very accommodating; sending photos and inspection reports of the vehicle almost immediately. Great service without asking. This dealership really does create a "Lexus Experience". No pressure but lots of information and options on buying a new car. Took the time to explain the features of the car and why they were important.
Great Dealership! Recently, I had my Lexus RX serviced, plus rejuvenated with the President Detailing Package at Lexus of London. During that time I had the pleasure of being attended to by Romeo Nissan and Jason Janusz. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and personable.
