Our experience was relaxing and informative. Our evening with the Car lady was excellent, very informative, punctual and with many interesting tips; certainly worth our hour drive to the dealership. The drinks and light refreshments were good. And the gift was appreciated.
GREAT EXPERIENCE I was at the London Lexus dealer. Looking at a used Lincoln MKX car to purchase. The car was definitely a 10...Immaculate for a used vehicle. My contact sales person was Stephany Shearsby. was very efficient and helped me through every step of the way. Very personable young lady and she really knows her stuff about cars. I also noted that all of the personell were dressed like professionals and were quite curtious. Amazing services i was being helped by Rick Watson. who is amazing. i really liked his services. He made me feel welcome. at the beginning i was not planning on buying a lexus but he sold me on the car. Everything went well except the Financial Manager of the dealership. we had to point out couple of things. Overall, good experience. recommend to everyone.
