Wonderful experience! Professional and warm-hearted! Went to Lexus London for a NX model. Jack gave me really professional and detailed help and not in a pushing way at all. You can actually feel that he wants you to help you learn what you're interested in instead of what he wants you to know. The whole dealership gives you a sense of reliability, just like the brand. Strongly recommend this dealership and Jack. Even without a intent to purchase a Lexus, you will discover some good stuff here.

A Great Buying Experience Sue Vincent was great to deal with. She took the time to answer all of our questions and worked with other departments at the dealership to help us get additional car features added. She was very flexible in her meeting times and was quick to return phone calls and find out the answers to questions using very convenient methods of communication (ie. email and text).
