Excellent Service! We were very pleased with the great reception and friendliness of all of the staff. Everyone was friendly , kind and very accommodating. We dealt with Stephanie and she was very pleasant, considerate and not aggressive in dealing with us from the beginning to end! This was our first Lexus purchase and we are so pleased with the way we were treated. I also spoke with Kylie and she was also very competent and friendly!
Amazing service and attention. We just bought our very first Lexus vehicle and are so incredibly impressed by the staff at this dealership and service they provided. Stephanie was beyond helpful and answered our many questions. The management and support staff were all incredible as well. We will definitely be referring friends and family!
Caring service From the time I drove the car into the service area until pickup the service was outstanding. I went in for recall service. Karen Campbell processed the service order quickly, mentioned that my vehicle was also due for an oil change, then offered me a loaner car, which was totally unexpected. When I returned to the dealership my vehicle was not quite ready to go, Karen took my parcels and placed them in my car. I left the dealership with a great feeling.
First service experience with and it was outstanding. We purchased our first Lexus in 2015 and thanks to Stephanie the experience was very positive. My husband took our SUV in today for its first oil change and again the service provided by Romeo was superb. We also had some questions which were answered with a supportive and very professional attitude. Congratulations folks you know how to provide great customer service!
Phenomenal Service...and great atmosphere! A spur of the moment visit turned into the best sales experience ever. Came to take a look at a CT200h late on a Saturday afternoon, and the service I received, despite showing up close to closing time, was phenomenal.
