Sale and followup Purchased a 2010 Lexus from Stephanie --excellent salesperson. Travelled from St.Catharines to buy because of trailer hitch and lights for my boat trailer. Surprised when lights on trailer would not work--had it fixed in St. Catharines because of fishing trip next day. Sent invoice to Lexus of London and they paid for repairs with no questions asked. Now that is service. Would buy from them again.
