Outstanding service at Lexus of London My first time dealing with Lexus of London and I was extremely impressed with the customer service. Stephane Shearsby got me the car in the colour I wanted in just a few days. Delivery service was also well done with excellent review on the car features.
Exceptional They made everything easy it was worth the trip from windsor , prices reasonable So many choices , easy access from the 401 . The sales person it was not pushy ts he gave us the keys explained everything, answered all questions.
Buying a car on my own. I had been talking about upgrading my car for over a year , did my research , and finally made the decision.Alan CALVERT , -pleasant. as ever, introduced me to Stephanie Shearsby.She was very helpful explaining about a certified pre-owned vehicle. We looked at several on the internet and discussed their pros and cons. Stephanie was very knowledgeable, patiently answered my questions and I felt comfortable and not pressured. A Customer Experience like no other! This was my first time buying a Lexus vehicle, let alone buying one sight unseen over the internet.
