An excellent experience all round. Just purchased our Lexus NX300 from the London dealership. Rick Watson started us off on our journey which was professional, but also friendly and so knowledgeable on the Lexus vehicles. Knowledgeable and professional We dealt with Sue Vincent and she was a delight. We bought a new Lexus and it was mostly her doing that stopped us from shopping further. Kylie Burridge in the finance department was also very professional. All in all the entire experience was top drawer.

Great experience at Lexus of London Leased a 2018 RX350 in June ...we had a great experience to deal with Rick Watson (product specialist), we appreciate his commitment to ensuring we got the car we loved with a great deal....it was wonderful to deal with Kylie Burridge (financial service manager), Zaid Joudah, Romeo Nissana (service advisor), Allan Calvert (sales manager), and Chris Pinelli ( general manager).
Patient and understanding I dealt with Natalie on one occasion, and simply wanted to thank her, for her conversation and positive remarks. She is professional and patient, and hope to pop by and say hello soon. I can say so much more for such a small amount of time I got to know her. My best experience with a dealership I used to visit many dealerships and communicate with those salers. Jack is the most decisive man I ever met, which means it would be very direct and quick to make his decision without any tootles. Helen, as his assistant, is very enthusiasic and careful. She taught me lots of nice tips which is pretty helpful for me. I like both of their styles. What a nice team! What a great purchasing experience!
Above and beyond as always Exceptional service, time after time. Clear communication of expectations and results for service work, and a great blend of professionalism and friendliness. Very convenient scheduling and loaner car options for us busy people that can't always do a M-F 9-5 appointment. I couldn't imagine taking my car anywhere else, even for the most routine maintenance. Highly recommended!
