Exceptional service I recently had my vehicle service at Lexus of London. Karen Campbell was amazing. She is extremely organized and customer service is obviously very important to her. She booked me in right away, followed up with the mechanic and made sure my vehicle was impeccably detailed. I would highly recommend you see her if you want the best service possible.
The service department at Lexus of London The service department with some really good and experienced advisors like Romeo and Karen set the bar really high. I have always maintained that is what good really looks like in looking after the customer needs and that too very professionally.

Quick & Efficient Service Call Took car in for 6 month check-up... the projected time was to be 1-1/2 hours and I was supplied with a loaner for this period of time. Car was ready (and cleaned) as scheduled. The bill was quite reasonable and all points were explained. Great service!
Service, Etest, Safety check. I just had our winter tires removed and summers installed. The work was completed on time and was very satisfactory. Staff very efficient and friendly. My vehicle was dirty when I left it but was nice and clean when returned to m.
