Purchase of vehicle Purchased 2014 Rx 350 yesterday. Service rep. Romeo Nissan, Sales rep. Sue Vincent, and Vehicle delivery rep. Natalie Marsh were very generous and professional with my wife and I in handling and addressing our needs. Since we are 80+ it was quite a challenge to understand all the details, but we are confident that with their help we now have the info and if necessary the backup needed. The whole experience was very professional and we would recommend them to our friends. Thanks

Excellent experience of getting a new car! Both Jack and Helen helped me get my first car of a Lexus 350rx this week. They are all nice and patient by explaining details of the car as well as post purchase services. The car is amazing and the discount is huge. Definitely an excellent experience with them!
Routine service Everything well done. It was ust a routine service for less than $100 but the same attention as if it were thousands. Touch up of scratch on fender at no chage was a nice touch

Sue is a great salesperson We leased a Lexus IS 300 in 2016 from Sue and when we decided to upgrade to an RX 350 we went straight back to Sue as she is very knowledgeable and great customer service skills. Great Customer Service I never usually write these things but I was very impressed with the staff at Lexus and all the help that Rick Watson provided my husband and I. Awesome! I traded my 2009 LS for a 2012 LS. Sue Vincent was an absolute delight to deal with and we very quickly arrived a deal that I feel was very fair. Once I took delivery I noticed a very small issue where the previous owner had obviously spilled something inside the centre console damaging the protective cover inside. I requested the parts dept. to order a new one.
