Great Service at Lexus Of London I was in for a regular service, and was impressed by the professionalism of all team members, Shelby when booking my appointment, Henry as my service advisor, and Romeo for the warm welcome ( Karen was not there during my visit ). The Lexus team from Sales, Financial Services to Delivery Specialist were very professional and customer focused. I was very impressed with the quality of time spent going over the many features of my new Lexus.
