Knowledgeable, Professional and Pleasant Lucky for me my Autotrader lead was answered by Sue. I was window shopping and had several questions regarding warranty, financing and models. Car dealership The London dealer was excellent. They treated us well. They went out of the way to get the color we deaired. Rick was excellent and professional.
Great service I only needed an oil change this time. I did not have to wait for my service person. He dealt with my service request efficiently and quickly. The waiting area is very comfortable, and easy to browse around the showroom. I also appreciate the car wash.

A very professional dealer. I have purchased 2 cars from this dealer and have very little problem with the 2 Lexus I bought from them. However, I did have to go back for a radio and USB power port issues and they handled my 2 service calls with great care, professionalism.and resolved the issues properly.
