Remove snows. Recall repair Provide a courtesy car, they text your when the car is ready for pick up, your car is returned to you cleaner than when you dropped it off, staff are always always polite. Looking for a new car - they bring the car to you to test drive, after you purchase the car...they will deliver it to you. Always a positive experience.

Very satisfying. What I expected from Lexus & I was happy with it. Was able to get in right on time & it was fixed when Romeo said it would be.
Review Brought my vehicle in to have the tires changed. Very impressed with receiving my car back with it being washed, mats cleaned and quick cleaning inside as well as the convenience of a loaner vehicle. I must admit I am a little disappointed with the upcoming changes to the loaner program.
Service review Lexus IS 300 is a nice car especially for female since it is easily to control. The stuff there helped clients to understand each function of the vehicle they want, they are nice and patient.
Great experience I purchased a used car from Rick Watson. Our interaction with Rick and the staff was very professional and thorough during the sales and delivery process. They promised to do a couple of things to the car before we picked it up and all promises were kept. Great experience.
