Lexus of London - great service! Traded our 2005 Lexus for a 2018. All staff (sales, service, etc.) were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. There was a small mix up with one of the additional services we purchased and they resolved it immediately and to our satisfaction. Would absolutely recommend them.

Very experienced on many car models in the industry. Most of the questions for the Lexus brand is clearly explained to me. This experience is very impressive . Some of the questions for further usage and maintenance is also solved. To sum up, the overall basic equipment and the service is excellent.

Exceptional Service Department The cars are Lexus's so I don't need to explain that. The service which is subject to variable is where this dealership shines.
