Wonderful experience with Henry service Last week I went to Lexus to maintain and clean my IS 300. Henry provided me with services. I am very grateful to Henry for his patience in solving my problems. He is always quick to help me solve them. He explained every detail to me and he would recommend the best price for me.
Excellent and supportive service My wife and I came in last week to do snow tire change for our NX. We called in booking the appointment last minute, we were worried if we can get it done on time, Henry Gao and Jack Ji helped us out, it was such a great experience!
Tom made the whole experience so fun and exciting everyone at the dealership was great, but Tom went above and beyond to make this experience special and fun. absolutely incredible customer service. When my Lexus was ready for pickup, Kevin took the time to show me all the features and seemed genuinely excited to do so. Overall a great buying experience. Lauren was great as well and really quick getting everything set up for us to make sure I could pick it up as quickly as possible.
Excellent experience overall We bought two cars from Lexus of London, a 2018 Lexus GS 350 and 2014 Toyota Camry XLE. Rick was very patient, friendly and helpful. He gave us good advice and did not try to upsell us in any way. Great people, great prices, great experience overall.
Knowledgeable, personable, fast service Henry was excellent from start to finish when I came in to Lexus for an oil change. My own dealership could not schedule me in so I called around and Henry did his best to schedule me in. Henry is knowledgeable, personable, and has great customer service skills. The oil change was fast and my car came out looking brand new (car was washed and detailed). Thanks! I will be back for sure!
