We were ending our lease on our second Lexus RX350 and intending to lease a third. Sue did an incredible job before we even arrived, preparing the paperwork, laying out our options, calculating costs etc. She was happy to discuss alternative arrangements (e.g. maybe this was the time to think about a smaller vehicle), and to talk through all of the additional details that we wanted to take care of this time around (tow hitch etc).
