Jordan was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. He took the time to go through the vehicle with me prior to me test driving and answered all my questions. I didn’t feel pressured to buy and the purchase process was seamless. Jordan followed up to see how I liked my new vehicle and really cares about his clients. I would definitely purchase another vehicle with him and at London Lexus.
Had to get my car fixed - they picked it up, did the repairs, returned it and even cleaned it and adjusted my camera (aftermarket add on) so it wasn't blocking my view. Price was reasonable vs what I feared I'd be hit with from a dealer (other dealers for other makes of cars I've had in the past screwed me over so I was very hesitant). I'm impressed and will use again.
Comprehensive attention from the time I booked appointment by phone (prefer to online booking I did have to call twice to finally speak to a person who could pull up my records to discuss. Very much appreciated the loaner while warranty service was being done and even more appreciated to my door delivery upon completion since I do not live in London. I would highly recommend your dealership and have every intention of purchasing my next car there when it becomes necessary. Thank you!

Always happy with their service.Sue Vincent was Always happy with their service. Sue Vincent was pleasant and met our expectations regarding buying a new vehicle from her. Came back to go over the navigation issues I was having difficulty with and Sue was great and then she brought Tiffany in too for her expertise and she completely satisfied me and my questions regarding the navigation system.
Since the RX350 lease was up in December I arranged a meeting with Sue Vincent. Sue explained the options that were available to me which would enable me to decide what I should do. She was very pleasant to talk to and presented everything very well to the point that helped make a decision to lease a new ES-350. It was a pleasure to deal with Sue. I would do it again.
