Rick Watson was most helpful in providing us with the detailed information on our new Lexus that wasn't described on the original purchase agreement. He took the time to print off the complete listing! Jordan FERA was also a help in getting our telephone information coordinated with the vehicle contacts. Service staff were very courteous and it was a pleasure dealing with them, of course with the first checkup being free it made our day!
