This was my third vehicle purchase from Lexus of London and the dealer prep of my prior two vehicles was exemplary. Unfortunately, this time the preparation was not as meticulous. The vehicle had a thin layer of dust on the exterior which could have been easily wiped off prior to my arrival, and there were several small stone chips in the paint on the hood.
