We were very pleased with Kevin Gitten's efforts - he covered all the bases and was encouraging rather than overpowering. He was knowledgeable and professional. We'll be looking for him when we're ready to buy again. Also, Tiffany Zhang did a superb job of explaining the features of the vehicle upon delivery. All in all, a great experience purchasing a great vehicle.
