Rick & Bo were excellent to work with regarding the leasing of a new 2026 Lexus. Nice to have multiple options made available to us and succinctly explained. Looking forward to the same level of professionalism in the prepping and the servicing of our Lexus once it arrives and is put to use.
I just purchased my third Lexus. Great service from Gent, Product Advisor; Jasmine, Financial Services Manager and Akeem, Delivery Specialist. They all took time with me to explain and answer all my questions. They made me feel like a valuable customer.

I was shopping for a used car for my daughter. Our sales representative, Lisa, was very thorough and professional. She had the vehicle ready to go, even though the weather was not great, which was a thoughtful gesture. When we returned she inquired about our thoughts and what we liked and didn’t like about the vehicle. She also provided some rough purchase prices and options available. We were impressed with Lisa, and the dealership in general.

Lexus of London was pleasant to deal with while buying a used vehicle. Lisa Ali was our salesperson and was friendly and professional but low pressure. The process of buying a new or used vehicle is not my favourite activity. I went in prepared to do battle with my guard up, I left feeling that my pre conceived notion was inaccurate. My deal was fair, my trade in value was fair, and we are enjoying our new to us SUV. We drove 1:45 hrs each way for a specific vehicle. It was worth our time. Thanks Lisa!
