Earlier I rated Lexus of London and didn’t realize I wouldn’t have the opportunity to talk about Rick Watson until the survey was completed. Rick was very patient with me during the process, provided excellent advice and was truly exceptional. The process took longer than normal because of the limited inventory and indecision on my part.
