I've been dealing with this Dealership for 27 years. I always get first class service from the time I get there and get out of my car to when I get back in my car to leave. Just took delivery of new Lexus SUV, the 2nd that we have purchased from Lexus of London. Kevin was super to deal with. As always, the employees at Lexus of London showed professionalism and were indeed focused on my satisfaction. I had the winter tires installed, and a major service. I would not take my vehicle to ANY OTHER location to be serviced.
Every service appointment that I have had so far has gone well. It’s always quick to check my car in, and picking up is even easier. I’ve used the shuttle service multiple times, as well as having a loaner car for the day, and both were very helpful. Highly recommend this dealership, and the service staff here!
