Had a great experience working with Dale at Lexus London. Very knowledgeable, able to explain underlying car mechanical issues in layman's terms and provide appropriate suggestions. Lisa Ali was fantastic, I have never dealt with a salesperson better than her! Lisa made sure our 3 visits were comfortable and stress free, she could not have done anything more to help us make our dream purchase!
