I just bought a new vehicle at LEXUS OF LONDON. Not only am I ecstatic with my purchase, but equally impressed with the Product Specialist (Jillian Cook) who helped us navigate our way through the system. She greeted us warmly, without pressuring, and showed us an array of vehicles. I was impressed with her knowledge and her personality. From sales to service a fantastic experience! We bought a '16 IS350 in 2019 from Lexus of London and just traded her in for a 2021 RC350. Cannot say enough about Lexus of London!
