This is an average dealership at best. My wife and I purchased a 2020 RX350 in March of 2023. The salesman was great until after the purchase was concluded. I had a couple of questions about an aftermarket theft deterrent and paint finish concern. The theft deterrent was something he spoke of during the sales process and was done at the dealership. We are going to trade our 2016 Lexus RX350 Fsport and are deciding between a 2024 Cadillac and 2024 Fsport. Lisa was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the Lexus products.
